August 11th, 2008 · No Comments

The Space Frontier Foundation is seeking video discussions or presentations that clearly address “What should the future of American human spaceflight be?”

The presentation must be 3 minutes long or shorter.

The video must conform to the standards set forth by YouTube.com and/or MetaCafe.com, including the use of copyrighted materials.

If government-provided images and/or video are used, particularly from NASA, their use must conform to the appropriate agency’s standards.

In order to expedite judging, the presentation must be in English.

Each entry must begin with “An entry for SpaceContest.org” in writing, or “This is an entry for SpaceContest.org” if spoken.

Entries will be judged by selected members of the Space Frontier Foundation, including its Board of Directors. Videos will be judged primarily on persuasiveness of argument.

One first prize award of U.S. $2000, one second-prize award of U.S. $1000, and one third-prize award of U.S. $500 will be provided to the “designated entrant” at the address in the entry email.

To enter the contest, entrants must post a video on YouTube.com and/or MetaCafe.com
