To help promote safety, Ames is sponsoring a safety video contest for high school students (and Jr. High?). The video must be an original video that addresses the topic of safety either at work or at home.
The video must be no longer than 5 minutes in length and must be in VHS or DVD-R format.
The video will be judged on content (message), quality and editing. Participants must submit a copy of their work – do not send the original.
**This is a student contest and is only open to immediate family members of Ames employee’s.
Your video submission must be received by Ames Construction, Inc. by 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 1, 2008.
Entries will be judged by a panel of judges chosen by Ames Construction, Inc.
- 1st Place Winner will receive $1,200.00;
- 2nd Place will receive $1000.00
- 3rd Place will receive $800.00
Winning videos will be available on the Ames website for viewing along with the names and pictures of the winners.
