 BestBuy wants you to submit a video telling us “What do you want to tech out your dorm room?”
 

VidOpp Note: While this is not cash, $15K at Best Buy is as good as cash to me.

HOW TO ENTER:
1. Create a video telling us “What do you want to tech out your dorm room?”
2. To submit your video, log on to YouTube.com/contest/TechUOut, and log on to your YouTube account. Registration on YouTube must be completed before a video can be submitted. You must have a valid YouTube account and agree to the YouTube Terms of Use and the YouTube Privacy Policy.
3. Videos must be received by no later than 11:59 p.m. PST on August 18, 2007 to be eligible for judging.
4. Limit one video per person/address/email address.
5. Submissions that do not adhere to the Contest video requirements will be considered void and will not be considered in the judging of this Contest.

CONTEST REQUIREMENTS:
All video submissions must meet the following criteria:
• Video must be your original work and not previously published or entered in other contests.
• Video must not be longer than 2 minutes.
• The maximum file size is 100 MB.
• Video must be in one of the following formats: .WMV, .AVI, .MOV, and .MPG
• Remember to avoid using inappropriate or offensive content or the trademarks or copyrighted materials of other persons or companies (such as names, logos, products, music or video). And remember to obtain permission from any person whose name, voice or likeness you include in your video.

Round 1 Voting Period: YouTube members may vote for all Videos submitted in this Contest until August 18, 2007
Round 2 Voting Period: Rank the twenty (20) confirmed Finalists’ Videos from August 22, 2007 to August 28, 2007
Grand, First and Second prize winners will be determined based upon the number of votes for each VideoOne (1) Grand Prize: $15,000 Best Buy Gift Card.
One (1) First Prize: $10,000 Best Buy Gift Card.
One (1) Second Prize: $5,000 Best Buy Gift Card.
