Acuvue brings you What Will You do One Day? Create a video that tells what you will do one day.

Requirements

You can enter the Contest application on the 1-DAY ACUVUE® MOIST® Brand Page( ThisMoment YouTube Module) on YouTube at www.Youtube.com/Acuvue (“Web site”) by completing the entry form and following the instructions to upload a thirty (30) to sixty (60) second video showcasing your 1- DAY DREAM, how you have the confidence to pursue this dream, and why you think you should receive the opportunity to be mentored by one of the Sponsor-specified celebrities (collectively, your “Submission”).
Submissions must be in English only.
Two contest periods remaining: One is Due May 24, 2012 and One is Due June 7, 2012

Eligibility

The 2012 1-DAY ACUVUE® MOIST® Brand 1-DAY STARTS TODAY TEEN MENTORSHIP CONTEST (the “Contest”) is open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia and Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) who are between 13 and 21 years of age at the time of entry and who are registered users of YouTube.

Judging Criteria

From 12:01 a.m. ET on April 10, 2012 through 11:59 p.m. ET on July 20, 2012, all eligible Submissions received by Sponsor for the entire Contest Period will be posted on the Web site where the public can vote for each Submission using the “vote” functionality on the Web site. votes a Submission receives will not be displayed on the Web site A Submission is not a winner until Sponsor declares a Submission the winner. Limit one (1) vote per person/email address per Submission per day but there is no limit to the number of Submissions a person can vote for. The five (5) Submissions that receive the most valid votes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be deemed the potential First Prize winners, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. In the event of a tie, each tying Submission will be judged by a panel of qualified judges using the Judging Criteria (as defined above), and the Submission(s) with the highest overall score from among those tied, as determined by Sponsor, will be deemed the potential First Prize winner(s).
