The Kohl’s Denim Story Video Contest is open to persons who are at least thirteen years of age at the time of entry and a legal resident of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia.  

Deadline for all submissions at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 22, 2008 

All videos are voted on by the public based upon the submission that they like the best to determine the Grand and First Prize winners

GRAND PRIZE(1 winner): 4-day 3-night trip for four for a “Rock Like A Star” Experience. Prize includes winner’s choice of either (a) four tickets to the concert of your choice in New York, Chicago, Miami or Los Angeles from a selection provided by Sponsor or (b) four tickets to a Music Awards show selected by Sponsor. Includes round-trip coach airfare for up to four persons, deluxe hotel accommodations, limousine transportation to events, $10,000 cash for winner, select meals and special events, select sightseeing and select tours. Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult on all travel. Also includes an artist-autographed Squier® Avril Lavigne Telecaster® Guitar or Gibson Les Paul Studio guitar, Apple iPod and a $1000 Kohl’s Gift Card. ARV. $32,000.
