Enter the Late Night Make Your Own Commercial Contest! One lucky winner will get a shopping trip to the NBC Experience Store in New York City with Late Night stagehand Steve Graham, who will use his employee discount to get you 25% off all merchandise.

You’ll also get to go to lunch with Steve in the world-famous NBC Commissary, where you’ll be able to take advantage of his employee discount to get 10% off all food purchases. Plus, the winner will also receive complementary round-trip bus fare for two from New York City to Albany, NY, and an invitation to visit Huck Finn’s Furniture Warehouse!

1. Create an original 30-second ad promoting Late Night with Conan O’Brien (30 seconds maximum - we mean it!)

2. Record it on a DVD or VHS tape (don’t forget to label it with your name and phone number!)

4. Print out the Official Rules, read them, and then complete all of the entry information on the last page and sign it

Open only to legal U.S. residents physically residing in the United States and the District of Columbia (residents of Guam and Puerto Rico are excluded from entry and participation) who is 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in his/her place of residence at the time of entry.

Judges will review the qualifying entries on a rolling basis and score each entry based on the following criteria:

• Originality/creativity
• The comedic nature

The Judges, in their sole discretion, will select one potential winner based on the Criteria.

The Prize consists of the possibility for one potential winner to have his/her Ad featured on one episode of Late Night, as designated by Sponsor; two round-trip coach class bus tickets for winner and his/her one guest to travel from New York City to Albany, NY; a one-hundred dollar ($100) stipend for round-trip ground transportation for two (2) in Albany from the bus terminal; and the opportunity to visit the NBC Experience Store in New York City with Late Night Stagehand Steve Graham and use his twenty-five percent (25%) off employee discount on all Store Purchases.
