This Contest is open only to residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and are registered users of www.youtube.com at the time of entry.

Submission period ends at 11:59 pm PST on December 16, 2008.

Video Judging Criteria: Phase One- The video submissions will be narrowed down to the top 20 based on the submissions with the highest number of unique viewings as of November 15, 2008.

PhaseTwo: Then its your turn to vote for the top ten prize-winning videos. The ten Finalist Submissions with the highest number of “Thumbs Up” votes, as determined by YouTube, whose decisions are final on this issue, will be deemed the Grand Prize Winners, Ten Grand Prize Winners will get the equivalent of a years worth of free groceries from Walmart, in the form of a $6,000 Walmart Gift Card.
