Sometimes we all need a little help to live Z life. What in your life could use a little improvement, a refresh, some more flavor..in other words, some new Z? Just make a short video (1 minutes or less) about what your new Z is goanna be. Be creative and have fun with it! We’ll pick 10 finalists every week. Your votes will determine which two will win new Finepix Z20fd digital cameras (2 winners every week!) and qualify for the $20,000 grand prize! 

This Contest is available only to those persons, 18 or older, who are legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia, and must enter from one of those locations.  Submission period ends ends December 15, 2008, 11:59 PM ET. 

WEEKLY FINALISTS: Up to ten (10) Finalists’ in each Weekly Contest will be selected by a panel of qualified judges using the following criteria: 

• Creativity of video (25%)
• Clarity of communication (25%)
• Relevance to theme (25%) 
• Originality (25%)

Weekly Contest submission deadlines: October 13, 20, 27; November 3, 10, 17, 24, December 1, 8, 15, 2008.

WEEKLY FIRST PRIZE WINNERS: The Finalists’ Submissions for each Weekly Contest will be posted to the Public Gallery at www.OffZHook.com during the Weekly Voting Periods (The Weekly Voting Period consists of the Tuesday through Monday following each Weekly Contest submission deadline. Voting is available to registered site users, ages 13 and above, and voting procedures/restrictions will be provided at the Contest website). The Finalists’ Submissions for each Weekly Contest will then be publicly voted based on public appeal to determine the two Weekly First Prize Winners. Votes will be displayed on site as a percentage of total votes, not a count of individual votes. Weekly Winners will be the 2 (maximum) videos that get the highest percentage of votes.

GRAND PRIZE WINNER: Each of the Weekly First Prize Winners (2 per week for a total of 20) will then be eligible for the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected by public vote on OffZHook.com during the period of December 23 to December 29, 2008. Votes will be displayed on site as a percentage of total votes, not a count of individual votes. The Grand Prize Winner will be the 1 (maximum) video that get the highest percentage of votes.

Prizes:

Weekly First Prizes: Two Weekly First Prizes are available to be awarded in each Weekly Contest. Prize is a Fujifilm FinePix Z20 Digital Camera and Fujifilm SD 4GB Memory Card (approximate retail value $238.99).

One Grand Prize: $20,000 for the Grand Prize winner to use to makeover the subject of his/her video or for any other purpose.
