It is that time of year again and I just wanted to share with you our latest viral video contest: The Pro Mini Hoop Challenge TAKE 4!

Top 3 in each category go on to the finals, winners selected by SKLZ team.

Categories:
-Best Dunk
-Best Made Trick Shot
-Most Unexpected Location
-Best Long Shot
-Best Interpretation of Werm’s Dunk

Requirements

1. Video must be under 1 minute in length
2. Must use a SKLZ Pro Mini Hoop in video
3. “SKLZ Pro Mini Hoop” must be included in the video title
4. Submit video’s YouTuber link at Facebook.com/ProMiniHoop
5. Entries must be submitted by November 16, 2012
6. Get as many votes as you can through November 23, 2012 to make the finals

Eligibility

Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Pro Performance Sports, LLC (the Sponsor) and each of their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, web design, advertising, fulfillment, insurance agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Contest (collectively, “Contest Parties”), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and spouse or “step” of each) and those living in the same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Contest) of each such employee, contractor, director or officer are not eligible.

Judging Criteria

The top three videos in each category with the most “votes” will move on to
the judging round which will be conducted by the SKLZ Team. The winner of
each category will be chosen by the SKLZ Team.

Prize

Five (5) Finalist Prizes will be awarded, (1) in each of the following categories:
1. Best Dunk Prize: $500 Amazon.com Gift Card
2. Best Trick Shot Prize: $500 Amazon.com Gift Card
3. Most Unexpected Location Prize: $500 Amazon.com Gift Card
4. Most Impressive Long Shot Prize: $500 Amazon.com Gift Card
5. *BONUS Category: Best Interpretation of Werm’s Dunk (as seen in
the Challenge video) Prize: AND1 Shoes
