Eligibility

Minors wishing to participate must present a signed waiver from a parent/legal guardian who will acknowledge that they have read the terms and conditions of these Rules including the schedules hereto. The Company and Eyeka will require the participant to provide such authorization, at any time prior to supplying the winner(s) with the prize.

Judging Criteria

We are looking for engaging, fun,and dynamic content that will surprise and excite a worldwide audience. In your entry we must see a connection with the KIA spirit – a vibrant challenging spirit that can create surprise, fun and excitement. And you know, “vibrant” can be interpreted in so many forms – art, sports, action, event, music; etc., when you are choosing which aspect of “vibrant” you want to work on, don’t be limited and be open minded.

- Relevance to the brief
- Originality.

The winning entries will be featured in KIA’s facebook fan page or other social media sites.

• #4 – #8 Prize: 1,000€ up to 2,000€ each* or equivalent

• #9 – #13 Prize: 500€ up to 1,000€ each* or equivalent

When no intellectual property is acquired, eYeka guarantees that 50% of the full Prize amount is awarded.

When a participant exclusively assign rights to their winning entry, the full prize amount is awarded.
