I will be having 10 different groups of students working on this. Each group will have about 5 students in it. If my students should win, we would like half of the amount to go to the school and the other half to be equally split among the 5 students. I just want to know how this can be accomplished. Can the winnings be divided up among all those who worked on the video?
Per the contest rules found at the link: ‘Each Video Entry may only be submitted by one Member. If a Video Entry was developed by more than one person, only the Member who entered the Video Entry into the Contest may be awarded a prize(s). All Video Entries must be received during the Video Entry Period and must satisfy all other requirements contained or referred to in these Official Rules.’
Just to clarify – if I submit the video, but provide all the releases for the students in the video, I will be awarded the prize, and may divide it up how I wish?
I guess that would be ok. If taxes are due you would be responsible for them.
