Do you have what it takes to be Anderson’s co-host for the day? “Anderson Live” is searching for a very special viewer to be Anderson’s co-host on an upcoming episode with the “The ‘Anderson Live’ Viewer Co-Host Challenge”! Show off your best co-hosting abilities and share why you have the best personality to co-host with Anderson!

Requirements

Create a video that is 2 minutes or less, that shows off their personality, co-hosting ability and creativity – and answers the question “Why would you make the perfect co-host on ‘Anderson Live’?” Entry submission is open from Monday, October 22nd through Wednesday, November 14th.

Eligibility

The Contest is open to individuals (including all Contestants and Nominees, each as defined below) who meet the following criteria: (a) are eighteen (18) years of age or older and (b) are a legal resident of and physically residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, United States territories, possessions, and protectorates, foreign based United States military installations and wherever restricted or prohibited by law)

Judging Criteria

During the Contest Period, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, will select approximately five (5) Contestant entries for final voting by “Anderson Live” viewers. The finalists’ Media will be voted on by online voters starting on November 19, 2012, and ending on November 29, 2012. The Media entry receiving the most votes by the online voters will receive the Grand Prize (as defined below, the “Prize”). In the event of a tie, the potential winner will be the Contestant whose Media entry is considered more creative as determined by the judges.

Prize

• The “Grand Prize” winner will receive:
o The opportunity to serve as co-host on Anderson LIVE during the week of December 3, 2012 (exact date to be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion). One (1) guest of the Prizewinner will be provided with one (1) ticket to the live taping of Anderson LIVE on which the Prizewinner is acting as co-host
o Roundtrip economy class airfare for the Prizewinner and one (1) guest to the greater New York City area
o Hotel accommodations in the greater New York City area for two (2) nights for the Prizewinner and one (1) guest
o Ground transportation for the Prizewinner and one (1) guest while in the greater New York City area

TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) OF THE PRIZE: US$1,500.00
