Dreaming of an Outdoor Oasis?
CertainTeed, the nation’s leading manufacturer of exterior building materials, is celebrating the coming summer season with a giveaway that’ll have you springing into “action”. It’s our Summer Blockbuster Video contest, starring you, your family, and your creative ideas.

Requirements

To enter, homeowners need to upload a 30- to 90-second video to CertainTeed’s Living Spaces Facebook page (www.facebook.com/certainteedlivingspaces) and explain why their home needs a facelift with CertainTeed siding, roofing, fence, decking, railing, and trim products. Entrants are encouraged to include family members and show off their enthusiasm and creativity in the videos, which will appear on the CertainTeed Living Spaces Facebook contest page where visitors, friends and family will vote for their favorite.
All video entries must be uploaded by 11:59 pm EST June 15.

Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and D.C and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.

Judging Criteria

The top 10 videos, as selected by Facebook users, will be in competition for a best overall pick by CertainTeed judges.
Sponsor-selected panel of judges will select the winner based on the following criteria: Originality and creativity (70%); Relevance to the theme of the Contest (20%); and Most deserving (10%)

Prize

Through the Facebook® contest, one lucky winner will receive $75,000 worth of exterior building products, including installation. Featured products include CertainTeed’s expansive selection of vinyl and fiber cement siding, roofing, housewrap, decking, railing, fence and trim — everything needed to create a homeowner’s dream outdoor oasis. CertainTeed will also include landscaping and deck furniture. The winning homeowner will also star in a series of video webisodes featuring their home’s remarkable transformation.
The nine runner-ups will each receive $500 exterior living spaces prize packages.
