Requirements

Due June 17, 2012
The Submission must be in avi, dv, mov, qt, mpg, mpg2, mpg4, 3gp, 3g2, asf, or
wmv format;
The Submission must not exceed two (2) minutes in length;
The Submission must not exceed thirty (30) MB in size;
The Submission cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means; and
The Submission must be the original work of the entrant, may not have won previous awards, and may not have been previously published.

Eligibility

GoPayment Video Contest (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, and who did not purchase the GoPayment product or any other equipment for the purposes of entering this Promotion.

Judging Criteria

During the Judging Phase, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the ten (10) entrants with the highest-scoring Submissions (the “Finalists”) from among all eligible Submissions based on the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”):
• Accurate Use of GoPayment Product (25%);
• Fit to Contest Theme (25%);
• Creativity/Originality (25%); and
• Quality of Video (25%).
