Red Cross Help Stars Video Contest – 1,500 euros – Over 18 yo – Due August 10, 2012

Create a 30 sec video that describes what it means to be a Help Star. Show small or big actions that contribute to build a better society and a better world. Their goal is to produce videos that show how they can incorporate the core values of the Red Cross* in our daily lives (*humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary service, unity, universality). You can get up to € 1,500. In addition your video will be shown on diverse RED CROSS social media platforms and the HelpStar-website.

Requirements

If you know somebody who’s a real Help Star and accepts to be part of the video, that’s great, but not mandatory. The purpose is to promote the good actions more than the good people: the videos which will be selected will be the ones that manage to deliver in a more powerful and engaging way the essence of being a Help Star, the good actions and good examples we all need to take inspiration from.
Submit your videos from till August 10th, 2012 (17:59 p.m. CET).

Videos do NOT have to be in German. HOWEVER, if they are not in German or English, a transcript translated into German or English must be provided.

Eligibility

To be able to take part and upload your videos you must be over 18.

Judging Criteria

The videos will be selected by the RED CROSS and should manage to deliver the essence of being a Help Star, the good actions and good examples we all need to take inspiration from, in a powerful and engaging way t.
