Celestial Seasonings®, a brand of The Hain Celestial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: HAIN), is jump-starting this hot tea season by encouraging consumers to take a moment for Sleepytime® and celebrate the beloved and iconic blend’s 40th anniversary. Celestial Seasonings is introducing several innovative Sleepytime line extensions, including Sleepytime Peach and Sleepytime Kids™ Goodnight Grape™ Herbal Tea, the first variety made especially for kids. The specialty tea brand is also celebrating by kicking off the “Sing Your Way to Sleepytime” lullaby video contest.

Requirements

Due October 30, 2012
The following public domain lullabies are eligible: Beautiful Dreamer, Hush Little Baby, Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star, Rock-a-Bye Baby, Brahms’ Lullaby (Cradle Song), Are You Sleeping (Frere Jacques)
Please note: Only submit videos containing one of the six approved songs or melodies. All other songs are ineligible.

Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Arizona, and US territories, possessions), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Entrants”).

Judging Criteria

Sponsor’s designated judges will also rank entries on a scale of 1 to 10 based on (i) creativity, (ii) appropriateness to the Theme and (iii) the public vote. Judges will weigh each of the three criteria equally in choosing finalists. The 10 entries that receive the highest rankings from the Sponsor’s designated judges will be deemed finalists. In the event of a tie, judges will choose a finalist based upon assigning new ranks for appropriateness to the Theme. Finalists will be announced on or about November 15, 2012. b) Grand Prize and Finalist Prizes: On or about November 21, 2012, Sponsor-designated judges will review all ten Finalists’ entries. They will choose a Grand Prize Winner in their sole discretion, based on (i) creativity and (ii) appropriateness to the Theme. In the event of a tie, judges will choose a finalist based upon assigning new ranks for appropriateness to the Theme.

Prize

One Grand Prize winner will receive a $5,000 Pottery Barn gift card to use toward transforming his or her bedroom into a beautiful, cozy and sleep-friendly space and a year’s supply of Sleepytime products. Nine contest finalists will receive Pottery Barn gift cards worth $400 each and a year’s supply of Sleepytime products.
