Requirements

Small business owner
In order to be entered into the Contest, Entrants must comply with registration instructions when submitting their Video Entry. The Video Entry must be in English and one of the following formats: .avi, .mov, .mpg, .mpeg, .wmv, .qt, .mp4, .flv, .ram, .ogm, .mpeg4, .mp4v, .mpe, .mkv.
Due Date – May 11, 2012

Eligibility

The Contest is open to owners or business decision makers of small businesses in the United States that have 50 or less employees and are legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry submission. Employees of Neustar, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Wildfire Interactive, Inc., and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and Contest agencies involved with this Contest (including but not limited to, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc.), and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of any such persons or entities are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or where restricted by law in a manner inconsistent with these Official Rules.

Judging Criteria

JUDGING: At the end of the Voting Period, all Entries will be judged by Sponsor, based on the following judging criteria: Originality/Creativity (80%) and online public voting (20%) to determine the Grand Prize winners, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event of a tie, tied entries will be rejudged based solely on Originality/Creativity.
