VidVerse is looking for cool, funny, interesting and entertaining videos that teaches vocabulary words for either the SAT or GRE. The best study material ever!

Requirements

Create (or Verse) a cool, funny, interesting and entertaining video
that teaches vocabulary words for either the SAT or GRE.
Make sure to display the name “VidVerse” somewhere in the video

• Videos must be 5 minutes or less
• Submissions must include a Quiz at the end of the video (check our FAQ page for steps on how to add quiz questions to a video)
• Make sure to include the “VidVerse” somewhere on the screen. You can use the logo or create your own version to blend in with your video
• Be Creative!
• You can submit up to 4 videos before the Submission period ends
• It’s not about how many vocabulary words you have, but how effectively you teach the words you do have.

Due Date
Upload your video to the proper category
(either the SAT Scholarship or GRE Scholarship).
Videos must be uploaded before Sept 2nd, 2012

Eligibility

To participate, each candidate must be a legal resident of the U.S. residing in one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of
Columbia or a legal resident of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who is at least 13 years old at the time of Submission. Residents
of Maine must be 18 years of age or older. Registration includes having a complete and valid email address on file for the candidate at the
Website in order to be contacted by email in the event the candidate’s Submission is selected as Finalist Submission or Winner in the
Contest.

Judging Criteria

Ten (10) Submissions will be chosen as finalists (“Finalist Submissions”) through voting. The 7 videos with the most user votes that meet
all the requirements will be selected as automatic finalists. 3 submissions will be chosen by the Sponsor, these may or may not be
submissions that have received a high amount of votes.

Criteria Includes:
Educational – The submission teaches viewers about the topic assigned to this contest.
Creativity – The project is creative and demonstrates an original way of presenting the information.
Quiz – The assessment at the end of the video is constructed in a manner that effectively tests for understanding
Use of Social Media – Contestants should do what they can to share their video with their community and networks. Contestants are encouraged
to use social media to increase visibility of their Submission.

3rd: $400
