The Steve Harvey Morning Show and Ford Motor Company have teamed up to bring you a new life experience in Las Vegas with the “Escape to the 2012 Ford Hoodie Awards” video contest. Steve Harvey’s highly-anticipated awards show honoring the nation’s best community leaders, educators, neighborhood churches, and local businesses will be a blowout celebration, with the chance for lucky listeners to experience Las Vegas’ glittering entertainment and majestic attractions in this new contest.

Requirements

Contest submission ends at 11:59pm ET June 27, 2012.
During the Submission Period, visit http://www.SteveHarvey.com, click on the Radio Show banner, and follow the Contest link review the
submission guidelines and (A) complete all required information in the online entry form and (B) to upload to YouTube or provide a link to an
uploaded YouTube video created by you explaining why you and your family and/or friends need to escape to the Ford Hoodie Awards (the
“Video”) (together, the “Entry” or “Entries”). If you do not have a YouTube account, you will need to visit http://www.youtube.com and create
one. Creating a YouTube account is free. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by YouTube, nor is YouTube associated
with the Contest in any way. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor, and not to
YouTube.
Entries limited to one (1) Entry per participant during the Promotion Period. Multiple participants are not allowed to use the same email
address.

Eligibility

Open to legal contiguous US/DC residents, 25 years and older. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited.

Judging Criteria

Finalist Judging: During the Submission and Judging Periods, a panel of judges provided by the Radio Show and Ford will select three (3)
participants (each, a “Finalist”) from all correct, eligible Entries received during the Submission Period as set forth below (the “Finalist
Judging”), based on the following criteria: Originality (50%), Creativity (40%), and Skillful Story Telling (10%).
Public Voting: During the Voting Period, each Finalist’s Entry will be posted at the Radio Show’s website for people to view. Submit your
vote by visiting www.SteveHarvey.com, click on the Radio Show banner, and follow the Contest link to select your favorite Finalist from the
provided list of three (3) Finalists. If an entry receives multiple and/or irregular views or multiple views from the same user or users, including
but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, other automated means or other source, the Sponsor reserves the
right to disqualify the Finalist in its sole discretion.
GRAND PRIZE WINNER SELECTION:
The Finalist that receives the most votes during the Voting Period will be deemed the Grand Prize winner and may be announced on the Radio
Show on or about July 6, 2012. In the event of a tie during either the Finalist Judging or Public Voting, an additional, qualified, “tie-breaking”
judge shall determine the winner from such tied entries using the Judging criteria herein. All decisions of the judges will be final and binding.
Winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this
Contest.

Prize

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A four (4) day/three (3) night trip for four (4) people to 2012 Ford Hoodie Awards in Las Vegas, Nevada. The trip
includes roundtrip coach airfare for four (4) people from the major airport nearest to the winner’s home (as determined by Administrator) to the
major airport nearest Las Vegas, one (1) two (2) bedroom/two (2) story Suite at the MGM Grand Hotel for three (3) nights’ accommodations
(quad occupancy), dinner for four (4) people at “Tom Coliccho’s Craft Steakhouse” at the MGM Grand Hotel, one (1) spa treatment each for
four (4) people at the MGM Grand Spa & Health Club, four (4) tickets to the Freedom Friday Party on August 3, 2012, the opportunity for four
(4) people to walk the Ford Blue Carpet immediately prior to the 2012 Ford Hoodie Awards with Ford Marketing Specialist Shawn Lollie on
August 4, 2012, four (4) exclusive recliner lounge chairs in the front-row to view the 2012 Ford Hoodie Awards on August 4, 2012, a helicopter
ride for four (4) people to the Grand Canyon, and one (1) VIP Beach Bungalow with select catering services for four (4) people at the Beach
Party on August 5, 2012 (collectively, the “Event(s)”), and a 2013 Ford Escape car rental in Las Vegas (Approximate Retail Value: $12,000.00).
