Create a mashup using the Saw V mashup tool with a maximum length of 10 minutes.  One winner will be selected to receive a three night stay in Los Angeles and two tickets to Lionsgate Horror film Premier.  Five runners up will win tickets to Youtube Live. 

Open only to legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older. Submission period ends on October 24, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

At the end of the Submission Period, Sponsor will judge all eligible Submissions entered to select the Grand Prize winner and up to five (5) Runner-Up winners.

Sponsor will judge the Submissions based on the following criteria: 

• one-third (1/3) creativity
• one-third (1/3) originality
• one-third (1/3) capturing the Contest’s theme

One Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of a three day/ two night trip for the Grand Prize winner and one travel companion to Los Angeles, California to attend a Lions Gate horror motion picture premiere event, which includes (i) round-trip coach airfare for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion between the major airport that is nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence and Los Angeles, California; (ii) two nights’ hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion in the Los Angeles, California area; and (iii) two tickets to attend a Lions Gate horror motion picture premiere event.

Up to five Runner-Up Prizes are available. Each Runner-Up Prize consists of (i) one (1) “SAW” prize package and (ii) tickets for the Grand Prize winner and one guest to attend the first annual YouTube live awards show, currently anticipated to be held at the Herbst Pavilion in San Francisco, California on Saturday, November 22, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time
