Oooooh YEAH! We all live our lives to our own soundtracks. Let’s see what yours looks like. Video yourself singing an ORIGINAL song (that you’ve made up). That tells us something about your life. Any songs that are based on existing copy written lyrics or tunes will be disqualified.
2) Ensure your entry is no shorter than 20 seconds, but no longer than 2 minutes.
3) Videos are going to be judged on the basis of creativity and originality, as well as factor in the opinion of the general public.
These areas of input into the final decision will be weighed up as follows:
- 20% public votes
- 40% entertainment
- 40% originality
***Open to lawful permanent Canadian residents (except Quebec), 14 years of age or older.
Submission period starts on 8/25/08 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on 11/7/08
One Grand Prize consists of $10,000.00 cash, a Sony BMG framed platinum music award, ten t-shirts personalized with your name and photo ), and a Sony Ericsson phone.

Vidopp writes this about the Sony Ericsson Contest in Canada:

Is this a typo, because it has 2 end dates. The first one is dated before the post of this entry.
