The Actual wants a music video for their new single.  That’s right, this is your opportunity to make a video, AND have it judged by a celebrity panel!

First, download the song “This Is The Worst Day Of My Life (Do You Want To Come Over)”.
Listen. Ponder. Shoot a video. Then submit it! Oh, and that celebrity panel? Music video directors Marcos Siega and Ravi Dhar, The Actual themselves, and Scott Weiland, who signed them. Want your video screened by Scott Weiland? Of course you do.

Scott Weiland, The Actual, and video directors Marcos Siega and Ravi Dhar. They will choose their favorites and we will put those up on our site for you to vote on!

Not only will the Grand Prize winner win the admiration of our celebrity panel, but also the following tangibly awesome prizes… one JVC in-car DVD player, a JVC Everio hard-drive Camcorder, a signed copy of The Actual’s CD In Stitches as well as, wait for it, fame. That’s right, the winning video will be introduced by Mr. Weiland himself on an episode of The Sauce, and will also be seen on fuse.tv and Fuse On Demand. Hoo boy.Second Prize ain’t so bad, either. You’ll get all of the same swag as the Grand Prize winner - the DVD player, the camcorder and the CD. And Third Prize? The DVD player and the camcorder. This contest rules. Since you’re making a video for the big boys, you gotta follow the rules the big boys do. If your video makes the Top 7 and is posted as a finalist on fuse.tv, you’ll need signed releases from anyone who appears in your video. These signed releases will give us the permission to show their likenesses on our site, and potentially on the air. So don’t shoot anyone who won’t sign a release. Shoot with a camera, we mean. If you get selected as a finalist, you will need everyone who’s in your video to sign one of these, so print up as many as you need and bring them to your shoot! will be based on the following criteria: 1) Creativity (33 1/3%), 2) Originality (33 1/3%) and 3) Relevance the Music Theme (33 1/3%).
