Write. Shoot. Vote. Win.  Create the Ultimate Story. Here’s how it works: Award-winning director Kyle Newman kicks off the story with his Act 1 video. Then it’s your turn to continue the story. Pick up where Kyle left off and submit your script for Act 2, and later in the contest, for Act 3. By reading and evaluating the scripts, the contest community determines which scripts will become finalist videos. We’ll give each finalist all the tools they need to film their story—including cameras, Falcon laptops and Pinnacle editing software. Once those videos are unveiled on the contest site the community will vote on all videos and determine the winning Ultimate Video Relay. Act 2 Script Submission
ACT 2 scripts must be submitted by midnight PDT MAY 19, 2008.
Act 2 Script Voting
Deadline to vote on Act 2 scripts is midnight PDT May 28, 2008. In order to have a script eligible to be an Act 2 Finalist and receive the Ultimate Video Package, the author must vote on three Act 2 scripts by May 28, 2008.

Act 2 Finalists Announced: JUNE 2

Act 2 Videos Filmed: JUNE 5–JUNE 18
All Act 2 Finalist videos must be completed and received by the contest site by midnight PDT June 18, 2008.

Act 2 Video Voting: JUNE 25–JULY 2

Participants will have until midnight PDT July 2, 2008 to vote on all six Finalist films.

Act 2 Winning Video Announced: JULY 3

The winning Act 2 video will serve as the second chapter of this Ultimate Video Relay and the Act 3 scripts must pick up the story where Act 2 left off.

Act 3 Script Submission: JULY 7–JULY 21
Act 3 scripts must be submitted by midnight PDT July 21, 2008.

Act 3 Script Voting: JULY 22–JULY 29

Deadline to vote on Act 3 scripts is midnight pst July 29, 2008.
In order to have a script eligible to be an Act 3 Finalist and receive the Ultimate Video Package, the author must vote on three Act 3 scripts by midnight PDT July 29, 2008.

Act 3 Finalists Announced: AUGUST 1

Act 3 Videos Filmed: AUGUST 7–AUGUST 20

All Act 3 Finalist videos must be completed and received by the contest site by midnight PDT August 20, 2008.
Act 3 Video Voting: AUGUST 13–AUGUST 20

Participants will have until midnight August 20, 2008 to vote on all six Finalist films.

Act 3 Winning Video Announced: SEPTEMBER 3

The Ultimate winning relay will be featured on the site.

Each Act II Finalist and Act III Finalist (twelve total) shall each receive a Prize Equipment Package consisting of:
Falcon 17″ DRX model (or similar) Laptop (pre-installed with the following)
1. Window Vista Ultimate Operating System
2. Pinnacle Editing Software
3. Sony HDR - SR11 Handycam (or similar) video camera
4. Sony camera accessories (including a soft carrying case, gun shoe microphone model HC42/PC (or similar) and a Sony tripod w/remote control
