P4P Be here Video Contest – NC – Open to all – 30 to 120 seconds – Due: September 5th, 2008

Create a 30 to 120 second video about why you enjoy life in the Pipeline 4 Progress region of New York State.
Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:
- Creative concept (25%)
- Technical ability (25%)
- Direction (25%)
- Sound (25%)
Judging will be conducted under the supervision of Pipeline 4 Progress, whose decisions are final and binding on matters relating to this contest.
A minor (for these purposes, a person under 18 years of age) submitting an entry must receive his/her parent/legal guardian’s permission to enter this contest
One Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner who submits the best overall video will receive a Sony HDRSR5 video camera (ARV: $1,000) and will have their video aired on regional television stations (TBD) and recognized as the Grand Prize Winner on our website, p4pbehere.com.
One Second Prize winner will receive a special gift, TBD, and will have their video aired on regional television stations (TBD) and recognized as the Second Prize Winner online at p4pbehere.com.
One Third Prize winner will receive a special gift, TBD, and will have their video aired on regional television stations (TBD) and recognized as the Third Prize Winner online at p4pbehere.com.
