Axe & David Spade need your help creating The World’s Dirtiest Film. Show us how you get dirty, and how you get clean. All of our filthy favorites will make it into the final cut.

All Video Entries submitted will be screened and judged based on the following criteria: Originality and creativity – 33%; Adherence to creative assignment (i.e., level of dirtiness/cleanliness and use of content concept) – 34%; Humor – 33%.

1. PUBLIC GRAND PRIZE VOTING: Public voting on the Video Entries will take place between 12:01 A.M. ET on 9/17/2007 and 11:59 P.M. ET on 10/24/2007. The top twenty Video Entries will move into the final round voting stage in consideration for the Grand Prize. 
2. The top 20 Entrants as selected by the public voting as described above will move on and have their Video Entries judged by a panel of judges. Judges will judge the Top 20 Video Entries using the Voting Criteria exclusively and will select the Grand Prize Winner.

VidOpp Note: Each Entrant hereby irrevocably grants, transfers, sells, assigns and conveys to Sponsors, and each of their respective successors and assigns, all present and future right, title and interest of every kind and nature whatsoever . . .

Submissions that include obscenities, any material deemed objectionable by Sponsors, nudity, pornography, drunkenness, drug use, threatening behavior, racially or ethnically offensive content, conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, defame or invade the publicity or privacy rights of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any third party’s personal or proprietary rights may be disqualified.

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) “Grand Prize Winner” will be selected based on the voting criteria and the selection process detailed below to win the “Grand Prize”. The Grand Prize will consist of a placement in World’s Dirtiest Film (”WDF”) for Grand Prize Winner’s Entry Video; a 4 day/3 night trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, California; one (1) iMac, one (1) Final Cut Express HD Software, one (1) Sony HDR-SR7 HD Handycam Camcorder and one (1) Contribution Award Statuette. Trip portion of the Grand Prize will include roundtrip coach airfare for the winner and one (1) guest from an airport nearest winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA, hotel accommodations, as chosen exclusively by Sponsors for two (one room/double occupancy, does not include meals, room service or other incidentals) for 4 days/3 nights in L.A., ground transportation to and from the airport and hotel, ground transportation to and from the Jimmy Kimmel (Live) Show, and five-thousand dollars ($5,000) spending money.
